Delivery:
We offer two delivery options for our items:

• Royal Mail First Class Standard
• Royal Mail First Class Recorded

Postage and Packing is calculated by weight of each product you purchase, a minimum of £3.95 up to a maximum of £7.95.

FOR STANDARD STOCK ITEMS:
All items will be processed and posted within 3-7 days of order received. However we can dispatch items sooner if they are urgently needed - please contact us at: mail@sparkling-celebrations.com  before purchase. Please ensure you add your required/celebration date into the box provided during check out.

FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery as these items are made especially for you, again however we can dispatch some items sooner if they are urgently needed - please contact us at: mail@sparkling-celebrations.com before purchase.

Larger and fragile items are send in a rigid box which will not fit through a standard letterbox, in these cases if delivery cannot be made, the items are left with your local sorting office, we cannot be held responsible for items not collected from these offices, if they are sent back to us a re-delivery fee will be applicable.

Please advise as soon as possible if items have not been received within the above guidelines to enable us to take the appropriate action.

Items which have been sent via Recorded delivery will be traced and replaced immediately if necessary, items sent by Standard post will be subject to a Royal Mail compensation claim and will take longer to replace/refund. We do have to abide by the Royal Mail guidelines as seen on their website ( www.royalmail.co.uk ) therefore must wait 15 days from posting before we can consider an item lost.
